We are committed to growing in Christ and understanding His will for our lives more clearly. This commitment begins at birth and extends through every phase of life. During our worship gathering infants through early elementary ages have programs in which to participate.
On Sunday mornings from September through May, we have an education hour with opportunities for K-8th grade. Students spend time in worship and hear a story from the Bible. There is time for students to reflect on the story as individuals and in a group. It’s a great opportunity to build relationships with kids their own age and adults who are committed to seeing them grow in their faith.
Middle school and high schools students can participate in youth ministries. Our middle school youth group (Boundaries) meets twice a month on Wednesdays and our high school group (Jubilee) meets twice a month on Sunday afternoon. We offer an intense spiritual growth opportunity for high school students called TREK. We also match all high school student with an adult mentor to help them navigate the teen years. For information on these ministries, contact Pastor Nate Visker.
In addition to the Sunday worship service, there are other opportunities for adults to grow in their faith. An adult class is also held at 9:15 on Sunday mornings from September through May. This class includes Bible study, panel discussions, and presentations on other places where faith and life intersect (click here for a schedule of topics).
Another place for adults to grow and find support is in a small group. Big crowds aren’t for everybody. In fact, the tightest relationships usually develop in smaller, more intimate settings. It is there that you can really get to know people, grow, learn, and be changed. To this end, a number of small groups exist to study the Bible, encourage and pray for each other, and serve together.
